Timeline:
October 18, 2024 45-day Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Regulations was published by the Office of Administrative Law.
December 4, 2024 Public Hearing for San Joaquin River Conservancy Proposed Regulations.
February 11, 2025 – May 14, 2025 Additional tribal consultation performed.
May 30, 2025, Notice of Modifications and modified Proposed Regulations posted online and distributed to parties who made oral or written comments. 15-day comment period begins.
June 16, 2025 15-day comment period ends.
