The San Joaquin River Conservancy (SJRC) is proposing to adopt emergency regulations to immediately implement Proposition 4 requirements. These regulations will allow SJRC to issue grants to reduce the risks of climate change impacts upon communities, fish and wildlife, and natural resources, and increase public access. The notice outlines the requirements for public comment and provides details on the regulations being proposed to support the immediate implementation of Proposition 4.
